Turnaround time is 7–10 days for tumblers that are already made.

Shipping is free on every order within the U.S.
International Shipping
We’re happy to ship internationally. Rates and delivery times vary by destination, so reach out before ordering and we’ll get you a shipping quote for your location.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because each Studio Santana item is handmade with care, all sales are final. Please review photos and product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.
Please keep in mind that handmade items may have slight variations or small imperfections that are part of their unique, handcrafted nature.
