Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is 7–10 days for tumblers that are already made. Custom orders may take longer depending on the details of your request — we’ll always let you know a timeline before you order.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping & handling is $14.95 for the first cup and $8.95 for each additional tumbler in the same order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because each Studio Santana item is handmade with care, all sales are final. Please review photos and product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.
Please keep in mind that handmade items may have slight variations or small imperfections that are part of their unique, handcrafted nature.
